The app will extract the text from invoices and receipts.
You can then create rules based on the invoice text like: If the invoice text contains the text "info@mycoffee.com" then set the contact to "My Coffee". The text in the rule condition should be unique like a contact name, phone number, account number, email address or business number.
In a rule you can set default values for accounts and tax rates. You can also define advanced rules that tell where certain fields are located on an invoice.
